JET AVIATION OPF HAS BEEN COMPLETED
OPA-LOCKA, FL
Link Construction Group is proud to announce the completion of Jet Aviation’s new private aviation facility at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. Developed for Jet Aviation, a subsidiary of General Dynamics, the project represents Phase One of a larger aviation development spanning 27 acres.
The completed facility includes a 45,000 SF aircraft hangar, 9,000 SF of leasable hangar support space, and an 8,000 SF fixed-base operator (FBO) terminal featuring refined passenger lounges, conference and support spaces, and expansive views of the airfield. The project also includes a 4,000 SF U.S. Customs and Border Protection facility, providing on-site processing capabilities for international arrivals.
Airside improvements included approximately 508,000 SF of aircraft ramp, modifications to two existing taxiways, and a dedicated fuel farm. Landside improvements included parking, site infrastructure, landscaping, and supporting amenities.
The completed development brings together premium passenger accommodations, aircraft support, customs processing, and extensive airside infrastructure within a modern aviation campus designed to support Jet Aviation’s operations at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport.

WEST GABLES HEALTH CARE CENTER BREAKS GROUND
MIAMI, FL
Construction is officially underway on the new West Gables Health Care Center, a five-story, approximately 125,000 SF skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Miami.

Developed by Marquis Health Consulting Services and designed by GHA Architect & Development Consultants, the approximately 180-bed facility will feature private resident rooms, dining areas on each floor, activity lounges, and a landscaped outdoor courtyard. The facility is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment that supports rehabilitation, long-term care, and resident wellness.

The recent groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of construction and brought together project partners and local officials to celebrate an important milestone for the new healthcare facility.

Link Construction Group looks forward to working alongside Marquis Health Consulting Services, GHA Architect & Development Consultants, and the project’s partners as construction progresses and brings to life a facility designed to serve residents, families, and caregivers throughout the South Florida community.
