CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON NEW ALPINE FRESH CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
SWEETWATER, FL
We are thrilled to announce the commencement of construction for the new corporate headquarters of Alpine Fresh in Sweetwater, Florida. This ambitious project will feature comprehensive site development, including extensive preparatory work, mass grading, and significant infrastructure enhancements to establish a fully operational corporate campus.
The state-of-the-art facility will encompass 62,000 SF and include five refrigerated coolers, 19 insulated loading dock doors, a 7,200 SF packaging and receiving area, and 34,000 SF of contemporary office space. The architectural design, by V3 Architectural Group, highlights sleek white structures paired with warm wood accents and expansive glass elements, all complemented by horizontal sun-shading features. These elements will not only maximize natural daylight and energy efficiency but will also convey a strong corporate identity that reflects the values of Alpine Fresh.

UNIVIDA PALMETTO HEADQUARTERS HAS BEEN COMPLETED
MIAMI, FL
We are thrilled to announce the official completion of the UniVida Palmetto Headquarters! Designed by MODIS Architects, this state-of-the-art three-story facility encompasses 60,376 SF and prominently faces the Palmetto Expressway. The new headquarters is designed with a focus on both functionality and comfort, featuring modern office spaces, a fully equipped outpatient clinic, welcoming exam rooms, versatile conference rooms, an inviting employee lounge, and a gym complete with locker rooms. Link is proud to partner with UniVida in its mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our community!

ST. THOMAS UNIVERSITY NEW DORMITORY & BOWLING ALLEY IS COMPLETE
MIAMI GARDENS, FL
Link proudly announces the completion of St. Thomas University's new dormitory and bowling alley, marking a significant milestone in campus development. Built in collaboration with University Housing Solutions and designed by MKC Architects, the five-story residential building offers a vibrant community hub alongside cozy lounges and an exciting bowling alley.
The ground level boasts a welcoming lobby, communal spaces, utility rooms, double bedrooms, and a restaurant, creating an inviting atmosphere for students. The upper levels feature additional double and single bedrooms, utility rooms, and lounge areas, designed for comfort and community interaction.
This innovative project has already earned the prestigious ABC Florida East Coast Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award, highlighting its quality and significance in enhancing student life at St. Thomas University.
