PROLOGIS SENECA COMMERCE CENTER BUILDINGS 1 & 2 COMPLETED
PEMBROKE PARK, FL
Another successful project for Prologis has been completed! Once again, Team Link has exceeded the client's expectations. Seneca Buildings 2 and 3, located in Pembroke Park, are warehouses built from the ground up using tilt-panel construction. They both use metal columns, joists, and decks with a TPO roofing system. Building 2 boasts 190,495 square feet of space, with 22,859 square feet of office space and 189 parking spaces. Building 3 is 185,920 square feet, with 22,310 square feet of office space and 164 parking spaces. Both buildings are situated on a massive 48-acre construction site.

LEED-ING IN SUSTAINABILITY
Link Construction Group continues its commitment to responsible sustainability with the addition of two more LEED Gold-certified projects—Prologis' King Ocean Beacon Lakes Bldg. 24 and Prologis' Gratigny 15 Industrial Park. Link began their dedication to sustainable building in 2008. Since then, Link has constructed 16 LEED Gold, 9 LEED Silver, and 3 LEED Certified projects, with several other projects built under other sustainability accreditation institutions.
KING OCEAN BEACON LAKES BLDG. 24
SWEETWATER, FL
Prologis King Ocean Beacon Lakes Bldg. 24 in Sweetwater, FL, securing LEED Gold Certification. This 157,258-square-foot industrial warehouse features tilt-wall panels, structural steel, an ESFR fire system, and more. These LEED-certified buildings prioritize energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and ecosystem protection.

GRATIGNY 15 INDUSTRIAL PARK
OPA-LOCKA, FL
Prologis Gratigny 15 Industrial Park in Opa-Locka, FL, also achieving LEED Gold Certification! Gratigny 15 is a 247,174-square-foot shell building with 36’ clearance inside. This project used 100% of all permanently used new wood that was FSC certified, and used 100% white TPO roof membrane, which has a solar reflective index value of 95 per ASTM E1980.
