JET AVIATION OPF

This first-class private aviation facility for Jet Aviation, a subsidiary of General Dynamics Corp., represents Phase One of a larger aviation development on a 27-acre site at Opa-locka Airport. The completed project features 508,000 SF of aircraft ramp, a 45,000 SF aircraft hangar, 9,000 SF of leasable hangar support space, an 8,000 SF fixed-base operator (FBO) lobby and terminal, and a 4,000 SF U.S. Customs and Border Protection office building. Additional improvements included landside parking, modifications to two airfield taxiways, and a fuel farm.
