CENTRAL FLORIDA JOB LISTINGS
Link Construction Group is looking for a Project Manager for our new Orlando office, who would be responsible for all contractual and financial aspects of a project, and whose duties would include efficiently buying-out and managing projects to support the field staff, and to ensure projects are being delivered to our clients within budget and on schedule.
The minimum requirements of the Construction Superintendent are:

10+ years of commercial construction management experience

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or applicable discipline

Thorough knowledge of all phases of construction operations relating to field activities, field engineering disciplines, construction technologies, and project management

Lead and Communicate with company staff, subcontractors, owners, and vendors to maintain and exceed the project schedule
-
Manage a project from Buy-out thru Project Completion independently while reporting directly to the Vice Presidents
-
Work closely with clients, owners, architects and subcontractors to develop relationships that exceed the client and the company’s expectations
-
Maintain and manage the purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control, and Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondences
-
Maintain accurate documentation while leading all schedule and management meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project
-
Produce thorough financial forecasts which identify potential exposures and maintain the forecasting schedule
-
Excellent business judgment to achieve profitability objectives while maintaining the high levels of delivery standards and requirements

Must possess a strong sense of urgency and initiative capable to quickly study and react to issues as they arise

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively respond to situations or events

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail evidenced by a strong command of all applicable contract and legal provisions

Ability to consistently analyze and execute financial trade-offs which frequently involve dealing with incomplete data and ambiguity

Link Construction Group is looking for a Superintendent for our new Orlando office, who would coordinate, sequence, and supervise all on-site subcontractors, personnel, and activities as required to successfully construct the project on schedule and on budget through close-out.
The minimum requirements of the Construction Superintendent are:

15+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience

Thorough knowledge of all phases of construction operations relating to field activities, field engineering disciplines, construction technologies, and project management

Tilt-wall concrete experience
-
Lead and Communicate with company staff, subcontractors, owners, and vendors to maintain and exceed the project schedule
-
Review construction plans to generate/review accurate detailed schedules and independent scopes of work
-
Supervise and maintain the company’s safety program ensuring that all subcontractors and vendors are strictly adhering to OSHA requirements for all project activities
-
Document all field activities, deliveries, occurrences, etc. for proper tracking
-
Work closely with clients, owners, architects and subcontractors to develop relationships that exceed the client and the company’s expectations
-
Develop and manage the project logistic plans
-
Supervise all field activities, monitor the progress of all subcontractors, and maintain a high-level quality review for all installed components
-
Excellent business judgment to achieve profitability objectives while maintaining the high levels of delivery standards and requirements

Must possess a strong sense of urgency and initiative capable to quickly study and react to issues as they arise
