FERGUSON OFFICE AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITY

The Ferguson “Ship Hub” Office and Distribution Facility, developed in partnership with Prologis, is a design-build project involving architectural firm C4 Architecture and the engineering firm SK Consortium. The facility is located on a 24-acre site and comprises approximately 250,000 SF of Class A office-industrial cross-dock warehouse space, including 23,000 SF dedicated to office use and a retail sales center. The project scope includes significant site infrastructure improvements, warehouse shell construction, a 3-acre outdoor storage yard, and the widening of Boggy Creek Road. Additionally, there will be customized build-out areas specifically designed to meet Ferguson’s operational requirements. Ferguson is a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, appliances, lighting, pipes, valves, fittings, and water and wastewater products.
