Bello Mixed Use Building is a new five-story, 110,000 SF mixed-use development featuring 78 residential apartment units and 6,600 SF of medical office space. The stand-alone structure is being constructed adjacent to an existing commercial building that will remain operational, with the project scope also including renovation of the existing building’s front façade to create a cohesive site aesthetic.
The ground level is designed to support both residential and commercial uses, incorporating a residential lobby, leasing and package areas, a wellness center, medical office suites, and access to structured parking. Upper floors consist of residential units complemented by support spaces and integrated parking.
Site improvements include shared vehicular access, enhanced pedestrian circulation, and dedicated parking for both the new development and the existing medical offices. Designed with a clean, contemporary architectural style, the project delivers a modern live-work environment that integrates residential living with healthcare services, contributing to the continued growth and revitalization of the Hialeah community.
