ALPINE FRESH CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
 

Alpine Fresh’s new corporate headquarters will serve as a 119,260 SF corporate campus designed to support the company’s continued growth and operations. Working alongside the owner’s representative, StarCap Group, the project includes 62,000 SF of warehouse and cooler space, 34,000 SF of modern office space, a 12,000 SF rooftop terrace, and a 1,100 SF trucker’s lounge. Additional features include five refrigerated coolers, 19 insulated loading dock doors, and a 7,200 SF packaging and receiving area. The architectural design features clean white forms accented by warm wood elements, expansive glazing, and horizontal sun-shading devices that enhance natural daylight, improve energy efficiency, and reinforce Alpine Fresh’s corporate identity.
