VIOLETA DUENAS MONTES SENIOR CENTER

Our team completed the new construction of an 18,351 SF facility to serve as a senior citizen activity center. The project designed by Juan C. Salinas Architects for Little Havana Activities & Nutrition Centers of Dade County, has a CMU structure and a combination of pre-cast joists and structural steel. The building includes a cafeteria, auditorium, food prep area, arts and crafts area, adult day care, and various classrooms. The facility is also fully protected by fire sprinklers.

 

Among its eye catching features are the full height exterior glass system, high ceiling covered entrance, and second floor terrace. This is the second facility we build for LHNAC.
