TD BANK – SOUTH MIAMI BRANCH
This branch is a one story 2,960 SF structure with a business occupancy classification and class IIB construction type holding a LEED Gold certification. The site also includes a 3 lane remote drive through canopy, consisting of steel structure and photovoltaic panels for the roof covering.
The building’s structure features a concrete, insulated form wall system with a proprietary composite steel deck system. The life safety systems include smoke detectors in the mechanical return air ducts with individual monitoring stations. Energy systems include photovoltaic panels on the drive through canopy roof and main roof, lighting controls, occupancy sensors, low flow plumbing fixtures, tight thermal envelope and solar sunshades on the windows. Local, Cuban-American artist, Tony Mendoza, was commissioned for a beautiful mural on one of the exterioe walls.

TD BANK – LAS OLAS BRANCH
The 4,688 SF branch is located at 450 E. Las Olas Boulevard. The project included demolition of existing floors, drywall, ceiling ductwork, and light fixtures, then installing new drywall, electrical conduits, wiring and light fixtures, fire alarm and sprinkler system, HVAC system, plumbing, bathroom accessories and ceiling tiles manufactured with recycled material, low consumption toilets, cabinetry and wood doors with FSC plywood, ACT, paint, mural, security system, storefront and interior glass, wood floors, hardware, concrete with Fly Ash, sealants, caulking and paint with low VOC. This project is LEED Gold certified.

TD BANK – NORTH MIAMI BRANCH
New construction of a 2,960 SF TD Bank. The project is LEED Gold certified and was built with sustainable features, including a photovoltaic solar panel system above the drive thru structure, low E glass storefront system, flooring materials & paints with low VOC content, and forestry certified wood material components.
