Interior build-out on an existing 50,000 SF building in the Allapattah district. Superblue consists of a new experiential art centre with 23,125 SF of exhibits from artists E.S Devlin, Team Lab and James Turrell. The building has 4,174 SF of office space, 2,073 SF of retail and 20,628 SF of Lobby/ BOH/ Events space. This is the first experiential art centre in Miami.
