SKY HARBOUR OPA-LOCKA AIRPORT

Sky Harbour consists of three, 53,496 SF, metal buildings with four, 11,766 SF hangars per building. Each hangar is fully equipped with 1,100 SF of office space, a kitchenette & a full bathroom, and shower areas. The building structures are formed by a pre-engineered metal building with concrete tilt demising walls which are fully protected with a fire-stopping system. Floor finishes are polished concrete with ceramic tile in the bathroom areas. Each hangar has a high-velocity, automatic fan for cooling purposes. The hangars are enclosed by an insulation system and one bifold electralink door.
