This project is a nine-story, 76 apartment unit building with approximately 152 parking spaces in a structured parking facility. The project is also a transit village that includes 5 bus-bays, and office space for Miami-Dade Transit as well as retail spaces. The marquee Liberty City project also includes a 22,278 SF state-of-the-art community theater. This project is LEED Silver Certified.
