A new design-build headquarters & distribution facility for Seafarers, Inc. on the 4.5 acre property, its headquarters and warehouse facility is located on the corner of NW 90th Street and 80th Avenue in Medley. Rodriguez Pereira Architects of Miami has designed the 46,461 SF, state-of-the-art cooler/freezer refrigerated facility and 6,000 SF of office. The refrigerated area will be 32 ft. clear to maximize pallet positioning and will also include wide speed bay and dock area.
