RUTH K. BROAD BAY HARBOR K-8 CENTER

This new educational building is a three-story, 45,000 SF building comprised of classrooms, labs, multimedia iPrep labs, and a ground-floor basketball court. The project scope included new tennis courts, a running track, and a synthetic turf field. Link completed this project while the existing campus was fully functioning. This project is unique due to its multi-purpose functionality, not only serving the Miami-Dade County Public Schools during the day but also serving the Town of Bay Harbor community. Due to limited open space, the Town of Bay Harbor has an agreement with MDCPS to utilize the grounds for after-school activities for the town including camps, nighttime movies on the lawn, and other public functions.
