PINECREST GLADES ACADEMY PHASE III

Pinecrest Glades Academy Phase III is a 34,820 SF, three-story charter school. The shell structure consists of concrete tilt up building with structural steel joist & deck. The roof consists of R-19 Expanded Polystyrene Board (EPS) with a 60 mil TPO roof system. The main building holds space for classrooms ranging from customary class settings, to art rooms, computer labs, law, and drama rooms. The lunchroom is accompanied by an outdoor seating terrace to promote fresh-air for students and faculty during lunch breaks and before and after school activities.
