PARKSIDE MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY

Parkside Memory Care Assisted Living Facility is a new State-of-the-Art facility in Tamarac, Florida. It is 45,923 SF with 70 private rooms with bathrooms in a college dorm setting. The facility is equipped with an MTU 325KVA Dual Fuel (Natural Gas and Propane Gas) Emergency Generator, capable of running the HVAC system, the elevators, and the entire facility in case of a power failure. There are two elevators—a main passenger elevator and a freight elevator.

 

There is a fully functioning high-end kitchen with a dining hall on the first floor and a warming kitchen on the second floor. The project will have beautiful landscaping with aesthetically looking facades, terraces, and a main entrance Porte Cochere, with a water feature.
