OCASA LOGISTICS MIAMI HEADQUARTERS

This project consists of building the new US headquarters for OCASA, which is a logistics company based in Argentina. The building has a total area of 49,237 SF, from which 35,817 SF is warehouse and 13,420 SF is office. The building is tilt-up and structural steel construction, has a full ESFR system, single ply roofing system and a full impact resistant envelope. The warehouse is 75% racked. The office area is class “A” and is composed of two levels which are separated by a structural mezzanine and connected by three structural steel stairs.
