NW DADE LOGISTICS CENTER II - BUILDINGS 1 & 2

The NW Dade Logistics Center II project was the construction of two buildings in tandem. Building 1 is a one-story warehouse spanning 246,140 SF, and Building 2 covers 215,800 SF. Designed by Ware Malcomb, the structures were constructed using tilt-up panel walls, steel joists, and metal decking. The two buildings are complete with dock doors, a concrete truck court, a truck parking area, a gas detection system, and a new off-site road.
