MIAMI ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS

The new Miami Association of Realtors Global Headquarters, located in Miami Springs, will be a five-story structure that will consist of 36,500 sq ft. of Class-A office space, and an 82,500 SF parking garage. The offices will house a 50-person computer lab, a 200-person conference room, and an 80-person training room. The exterior scope includes zinc panels, wood paneling, architectural concrete, and a full-height curtain wall. The interior will feature high-end finishes including glass walls, wood wall paneling, polished concrete floors, operable partitions, and acoustical clouds. The parking garage includes 33 EV charging stations and is fully screened. The building will be both LEED and WELL Certified, taking the environment into consideration, as well as the heath and well-being of the tenants occupying the facility.
