Megacenter Miramar Phase 1 is a multi-phased project designed by Cartaya & Associates. The scope of work included the demolition and remodeling of an existing building to make way for the new 117,000 SF tilt-wall facility. The intended use of this space is for office, storage and also mini-storage facilities. Once that building was completed, our team built another tilt-wall facility of 38,000 SF which is used as a warehouse space. Running concurrently to the construction of these two buildings are the improvements to the 15-acres site. The improvements included water, sewer, drainage, irrigation, sidewalks, asphalt, parking lot, and landscaping. Building C is a completely new structure, which serves as warehouse bays with office space. Totaling in 45,015 SF, Building C holds up to 124 occupants and is LEED Certified.
Megacenter Miramar Phase 2 is a LEED certified project also designed by Cartaya & Associates Architects. Phase 2 includes the completion of three new buildings being completed in both tilt panel and conventional block methods. Once completed the multi-phase project will consist of five total buildings with over 330,000 SF of available commercial space. The intended use of the site will include warehouse bays, office spaces, and mini-storage units. In addition to the construction of these buildings, the project also includes improvements to the 15-acres of site. The improvements include water, sewer, drainage, irrigation, sidewalks, asphalt, parking lot, and landscaping.
