The Manzo Foods Headquarters is a 35,737 SF, tilt-wall project located in Doral, Florida. The project included a two-story, 6,000 sq. ft. class A office interior with an elevator, high end finishes, employee lounge, and employee fitness  area. Additionally, the facility included a  5,000 sq. ft. floor to ceiling open walk-in cooler and a fully air conditioned dry storage area with humidity control system, a maintenance bay area with sprinkler rack storage equipment, full dock equipment with dock levelers, dock seal, truck restraints equipment, overhead doors, and a fork lift ramp.
