IPREPARATORY ACADEMY EXPANSION

This project is the expansion of the MDCPS Magnet School, iPreparatory Academy. The project embodied demolition, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, drywall, LED fixtures, security system, paging system, HVAC ductwork relocation, fire alarm & protection, fire sprinkler relocation, plumbing fixtures, millwork, aluminum windows, porcelain tile, carpet tile, VCT, acoustical ceiling, painting, toilet partitions & accessories, signage, and utility storage shelving.

 

Construction also entailed a new crosswalk and curb cut at NE 15th Terrace. This included a new concrete slab on grade, concrete step, and handrails, to provide connection between the existing building and new curb cut. All work was executed within a fully functional campus.
