HIALEAH GARDENS TRADE CENTER

Link Construction Group’s inaugural project with Cadence Partners is the Hialeah Gardens Trade Center, a 180,650 SF warehouse building in a heavily active industrial neighborhood. The soil conditions required an extensive process of eliminating the organics to make the ground firm and structurally sound to support the new building. The shell building is an ideal and versatile space for tenants who want to take advantage of Hialeah Garden's logistical hub. This project is LEED Certified
