GRATIGNY 15 INDUSTRIAL PARK

Gratigny 15 Industrial Park is a 247,174 SF dock-height shell building with 36’ clearance inside the warehouse. The structure includes 61 dock doors, two drive-in ramps, a 60-foot concrete truck court, and 64 trailer parking spaces. The build logistics were unique from the many other tilt-up projects we have worked on, in which we began with steel erection before tilting the panels. Because of the building’s large width, the team was able to erect the steel columns within the core of the building, allowing the installation of the joists on those columns instead of the usual practice of waiting for the concrete tilt walls to be erected.
