DOWNTOWN DORAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Infrastructure Phase 1B of the Downtown Doral project consists of the construction of the roadways. Downtown Doral, located at 8410 SW 53rd Terrace in Doral, is a 120-acre master-planned community destined to be the heart of the City of Doral and home to the new Doral City Hall and Downtown Doral Park. Designed by Coral Gables-based civil engineer David Plummer & Associates, the project commenced November 2012 and was completed August 2014.
