​DMF5 AT BEACON LAKES BUILDING 36 E-COMMERCE FACILITY

This project consisted of the construction of a 200,000 SF warehouse, e-commerce, last-mile, delivery station, and offices. The project was completed in a fast track manor to meet the tenant’s contracted delivery date. Renovations included a new 13,000 SF office build out with ADA bathrooms, break room, offices, conference rooms, polished concrete floors and ceramic tile finishes in the walls and floors. This building also has a new BMS system controlling the HVAC and high velocity fans, burglar system, access control, and other advanced technology gadgets.

The main warehouse space has been conditioned to comply with the new tenant’s specifications. The building upgrades are new coiling doors, fast track doors, high velocity fans, fully air conditioned space, interior ceiling & wall insulation, conveying system, new access ramps, and exterior steel canopy with EV charging station for electronic cars.
