CUTLER BAY MIDDLE SCHOOL

This project is part of Miami-Dade County Public School’s General Obligation Bond. Various areas of the school were remodeled and renovated. Our team replaced Building 1, with the exception of the Auditorium and Cafeteria/Kitchen, which was renovated. Buildings 2, 3 and 4 were also replaced. A new three-story 45,000 SF building was added. The objective of the project was to provide a total of 1,217 student stations. The new construction provides approximately 615 new student stations and the remaining buildings 5 and 6, combined with the MusicLab in the Auditorium which provides a total of 602 existing student stations. All work was executed within a fully functional campus.
