ST. THOMAS UNIVERSITY DORMITORY & BOWLING ALLEY

St. Thomas University’s new dormitory and bowling alley is Link’s fourth project on campus and the third with University Housing Solutions. The site includes a 5-level residential building with an I-shaped footprint. The ground level features a lobby, community hub, lounge, utility rooms, double bedrooms, amenities, a bowling alley, a restaurant, and back-of-the-house rooms. Levels 2 to 5 houses double and single bedrooms, utility rooms, and community lounges. This project is a proud recipient of the ABC Florida East Coast Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award.
