The project consists of two spec industrial buildings, each approximately 40,000 SF, for a total project size of 80,000 SF.  The buildings are tilt-up concrete structures with clear heights of 24’ and 28’ respectively.  The buildings sit on a 7-acre site that was improved to include two entrances/exits, a retention pond, a force main with lift station, parking areas, and landscaping.
