West Gables Health Care Center is a new five-story, approximately 125,000 SF skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Miami, Florida. Developed by Marquis Health Consulting Services and designed by GHA Architect & Development Consultants, the approximately 180-bed healthcare facility has been thoughtfully planned to provide a warm, comfortable environment that promotes rehabilitation, long-term care, and patient wellness.

The facility will feature private resident rooms, dining areas on every floor, activity lounges, a salon, dedicated physical and occupational therapy spaces, and a beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard. Constructed using concrete, masonry, and structural steel with impact-resistant glazing, the project combines durable building systems with patient-focused amenities to create a modern healthcare environment that will serve the South Florida community for years to come.
