SENECA COMMERCE CENTER BUILDINGS 2 & 3

Seneca Commerce Center Buildings 2 & 3 is a project for Prologis, Inc., located in Broward County. Both buildings are empty-shell, ground-up, tilt-panel construction warehouses being built in tandem. Building 2 is 190,495 SF and contains 22,859 SF of office space, with 189 parking spaces. Building 3 is 185,920 SF, with 22,310 SF of office space and 164 parking spots. Both buildings sit on an immense 22-acre construction site. They both use metal columns, joists, and decks with a TPO roofing system.
