The scope included the renovations of room s Science Laboratory Rooms OE 295 and OE 111. The work in room OE 295 involved completely demolishing the space, including the furniture, flooring, and acoustical ceilings. Following this, the door openings were filled in with drywall and various repairs were made to soffits. Additionally, walls above the ceiling grid were fire-patched. The existing plumbing lines were adjusted to fit new cabinetry, and gas and air piping were added to new lab tables. The electrical work was also updated to accommodate the new cabinets and lab tables. The ceiling grid and acoustical tile were replaced, along with all light fixtures. Ductwork was adjusted for better air distribution, and new grilles were installed. The project also included installing new VCT flooring, rubber base, and new cabinets, counters, and seating for lab tables. Lastly, the entire space was repainted, including the entry doors and a small section of the exterior side corridor wall. Room OE111 entailed the replacement of ceiling grid, acoustical tile, and lighting. The lab room was also painted along with buffing and polishing of existing VCT tile
