STADIUM GRANDSTANDS & SUITES

This project is a state-of-the-art, four-level multi-use sports and entertainment venue. It will accommodate over 2,000 spectators and feature two premium box suites with outdoor patio space. In addition to the stadium, the project will include site improvements such as new sidewalks, landscaping, and supporting infrastructure for premium spaces. These enhancements aim to boost functionality and engagement during events, bringing added energy to the campus. This marks our fifth project on the St. Thomas campus, reflecting our strong partnership with St. Thomas University and the Link family.
