Comfort Station-Concours Club is a 1,775 SF, one-story storage and refreshment station. The shell structure consist of a masonry building with structural steel beams and deck. The roof is made of a 60 mil single membrane TPO system. The exterior facade of the building is furnished with a Timura Wood Paneling system. This building includes an outdoor kitchen with an outdoor terrace seating area.
