CONCOURS CLUB - AUTO LOFTS

This project is a Shell and Interior build out for Six (6) Buildings. Breakdown of buildings is as follows:

- Building 2-6 = 7 bays per building
- Building 7 = 6 bays

This Tilt-Wall building will consists of a Double-Tee roof structure, CMU masonry demising walls and Hollow Core Mezzanine slab (with a concrete topping). The units/bays will be occupied by different tenants for the purpose of storing private cars. All buildings will be fully fire sprinkled and equipped with a CO/NO2 Monitoring System. Completion date set for November 2022.
