CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS SENIOR FAMILY CENTER

The City of Miami Gardens has retained Link Construction Group and Silva Architects to provide design-build services for the new City of Miami Gardens Senior Family Center. The project has a 38,000 SF area featuring a beautiful community garden, an outdoor covered patio, outdoor kitchen, seven multi-use rooms, spacious meeting halls, a fitness center, new utilities, public pavilions, and a beautiful walking trail around the community garden. The main function of the space is to serve as a senior center, but it will additionally be available for the surrounding community’s activities. The City of Miami Gardens considers the Senior Family Center to be a signature project, complementing the municipality.
