170,000 SF, mixed-use, structural steel building with concrete fill. The massive structure houses 29,374 SF of restaurant and retail space on the ground floor, a 46,000 SF LA Fitness Center with lap pool and basketball court on the second floor, and 81,700 SF of prime Class A office space on the third and fourth floors. Additionally, the project included a 406 space, 4-story parking garage and a 5,000 SF, free-standing Vitamin Shoppe.
