Located in West Hialeah, Brookfield Countyline Commerce Center is a 226,190 SF, class-A, built-to-suit project for Target as the tenant. 
This project includes 52 dock levelers and dock seals. The facade of the building has wood paneling as an architectural detail. The outside of the facility is surrounded by colorful landscaping and includes 235 standard parking spaces, a truck parking lot, a concrete truck court, and a water retention area.
