BAPTIST HEALTH DISTRIBUTION CENTER

This project saw the new construction of a Centralized Distribution Center for Baptist Health of South Florida, located at 9001 NW 31st Street, Doral FL. The facility is 151,948 SF in total, of which approximately 15,000 SF are offices. BHDC was developed by Aligned Properties in a design-developer type project setting and designed by RLC Architects of Boca Raton. The project is LEED Certified by the USGBC and is located just south of the newly constructed Miami Herald Production Facility, which we completed this year.
