The scope of the work consisted of the renovations at the cafeteria in South Miami Hospital. The project designed by Leo A Daly consisted of renovating the existing cafeteria into a new modern facility. The work included complete demolition, new drywall partitions, curved soffits and walls, decorative back painted glass, curved glass wall, 3-form decorative panels, and complete MEP and fire renovation among other things. The work was completed in approximately 3 months. Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and AHCA inspections were performed and approved at the time agreed with the owner without any delays. Between the design and the quality craftsmanship, the final product was striking.
