Renovation and repaint of existing façade of 4 buildings included extensive stucco patching & repair of corner bead. A modern color scheme brings a fresh face to this vibrant commercial center amidst the surrounding industrial park. Along with the removal of the old Bahama shutters and new airfoil concept canopies, this project replaces the faded canvas awnings with modern sun shades reflecting the new color scheme. Fresh paint goes a long way to revitalize the site lighting, flag pole and planter benches, helping to bring restaurant & office patrons out into the courtyards and enjoy the Florida weather for open air dining. This project also included the replacement of some doors & frames on the rear of the building that had been rusting away with age & wear. Additionally, new storefront hardware and a fresh coat of electrostatic paint adds a pop to the customer experience without the expense of a whole new storefront system. All this while keeping the businesses open to customers during this trying time, the landlord & GC team are making previsions for new tenant sign-age to revitalize the draw to potential new customers.
