Fast track tenant improvement in building 1300 on the 3rd floor for Brinks Incorporation. This TI includes (2) CRAC Units for their server room, nicely appointed break room which is 1,155 SF including a radius wall. Also includes (8) conference rooms all with different sizes and functionality, including a wellness room. Brinks has made provisions on a separate permit to include a new generator backup system costing another $ 267,792 to the contract. We currently waiting on a separate permit issuance in order to start the generator enclosure work.
