First Building Completed in Ave Aviation and Commerce Center
Miami, FL- March 13, 2009- South Florida based Link Construction Group recently completed Ave Aviation and Commerce Center, Building N. Building N is the first building to be completed in the 2.5 million square foot, mixed-use business park. The 150,936 square foot, tilt wall warehouse sits on approximately 178 acres located on the western region of the Opa Locka Executive Airport. Link served as General Contractor for owner CPF Investment Group on the $8 million project. The multi-tenant, Class A, rear-loaded warehouse-office building was designed by RLC Associates. Leasing is currently available through Jones Lang LaSalle.
